The Focal Twin6's dual 6.5-inch “W” cone woofers, Beryllium inverted-dome tweeter, and powerful 2.5-way design provide clear, neutral reproduction with plenty of headroom, while Focal’s switchable Focus mode gives engineers a second monitoring perspective without adding another pair of speakers. Designed for professional studios and demanding project rooms, the Twin6 combines excellent transient response with controlled dispersion and an extended frequency range. The optimized tweeter baffle helps maintain consistent imaging throughout the listening area, while the large laminar port minimizes airflow noise and low-frequency distortion. Its horizontal cabinet can also be configured for left- or right-channel placement, helping studios build a symmetrical monitoring setup. Focus mode transforms the Twin6 from a 2.5-way monitor into a 1-way, full-range reference system using one woofer. This alternate voicing is useful for evaluating midrange balance, vocal placement, and mix translation on simpler playback systems. Rear-panel sensitivity, high-pass filtering, shelving EQ, and low-mid adjustment controls make it easy to tailor the monitor to the room, placement, and working level.
