Audix DP-Elite 8 Drum Microphone Kit

The Audix DP-Elite 8 Drum Microphone Kit is the ultimate combination of 8 microphones needed to completely mic up a 5 piece drum kit - the ultimate professional drum microphone package!

The Audix DP-Elite 8 Drum Microphone Kit is an 8-piece drum microphone package perfect for live stage or in the studio performance. Included in the Audix DP-Elite 8 drum microphone package is the D6, Audix's flagship dynamic kick drum microphone, two D2's for rack toms, one D4 dynamic microphone for floor tom, the i5 for snare, a pair of SCX1C's for overhead miking, and the SCX1HC for hi-hat. Also included are four Dvice rim mount clips for the snare and tom microphones, and three heavy duty tension fit microphone clips for the SCX1 microphones.

Audix D6 Dynamic Instrument Microphone
The Audix D6 dynamic instrument microphone is used for stage, studio and broadcast applications. Designed with a cardioid pickup pattern for isolation and feedback control, the Audix D6 drum microphone is equipped with a VLM™ diaphragm for natural, accurate sound reproduction. Lightweight, compact and easy to position, the Audix D6 cardioid microphone is an excellent choice for miking instruments requiring extended low frequency reproduction such as kick drums, large toms and bass cabinets. The Audix D6's transformer less design, low impedance and balanced output allow for interference-free performance.

Audix D2 Dynamic Instrument Microphone
The Audix D2 dynamic instrument microphone is used for stage, studio and broadcast applications. It is designed with a hypercardioid pickup pattern for isolation and feedback control and is equipped with a VLM™ diaphragm for natural, accurate sound reproduction. The Audix D2 is an excellent choice for miking instruments with a percussive nature such as rack toms, congas, saxophones, guitar cabinets and brass. Transformer less design, low impedance and balanced output insure that the Audix D2 hypercardioid instrument microphone will perform interference-free.

Audix D4 Dynamic Instrument Microphone
With a wide frequency response of 40 Hz - 18 kHz and the ability to handle SPLs in excess of 144 dB, the Audix D4 dynamic instrument microphone is an excellent choice for miking instruments requiring precise, low frequency reproduction such as large rack toms, floor toms, cajon, djembe, tympani, leslie bottom, bass flute, saxophone and baritone saxophone, trombone, acoustic bass, bass cabinets and small kick drums. The Audix D4 is lightweight, compact and easy to position. Used for stage, studio and broadcast applications, the Audix D4 dynamic instrument microphone is designed with a hypercardioid pickup pattern for isolation and feedback control. The Audix D4 hypercardioid is also equipped with a VLM™ diaphragm for natural accurate sound reproduction.

Audix i5 Dynamic Instrument Microphone
Designed with a cardioid pickup pattern for isolation and feedback control, the Audix i5 all-purpose dynamic instrument microphone is equipped with a VLM™ diaphragm for natural, accurate sound reproduction. The Audix i5 is used for stage, studio and broadcast applications and is able to handle SPLs in excess of 140 dB without distortion. The Audix i5 cardioid microphone can be used to microphone a wide variety of musical instruments, guitars and bass cabinets as well as vocals and speech. The Audix i5 instrument microphone is sturdy, compact and easy to position. With a wide frequency response of 50 Hz - 16 kHz, the Audix i5 provides clear sound reproduction without having to rely on EQ.

Audix SCX1C Studio Condenser Microphone
It is a professional studio cardioid condenser microphone designed for a wide variety of recording, broadcast and live sound applications. It is well known for its high sensitivity, pin-point accuracy, low profile and consistency. With a smooth uniform frequency response from 40 Hz - 20 kHz, the Audix SCX1C is very consistent when responding to on and off-axis signals, and exhibits excellent phase coherence and minimal proximity effect.
