Designed around an ultra-linear omnidirectional electret condenser capsule, the Edge 360 captures acoustic information without intentionally coloring the measurement, making it ideal for room correction, monitor calibration, acoustic analysis, and system tuning. Better yet, every Edge 360 is individually measured at the factory and supplied with its own calibration file to compensate for unit-to-unit frequency response variations, helping deliver measurements you can confidently build decisions around. Designed to integrate with Antelope Room Correction as well as third-party acoustic measurement software, the Edge 360 provides a flexible solution for everything from studio monitor alignment and room analysis to live PA optimization and installed-system tuning. When used with Antelope Room Correction, the microphone captures data from the listening environment and loudspeakers so a corrective EQ profile can be generated and applied through a compatible Antelope interface. The correction is processed directly on the device's FPGA, providing near-zero-latency operation without placing additional processing demands on the computer. Its true omnidirectional pickup captures both direct sound and reflections throughout the acoustic space, providing the complete information needed for room-response, RT60, impulse-response, and transfer-function measurements. The Edge 360 connects using a standard balanced XLR connection and operates from conventional phantom power, making it equally comfortable in a purpose-built studio measurement rig or connected to an existing audio interface, mixer, or analysis system.
