The KRK V4S5 Studio Monitor brings the accuracy, precision, and dependable mix translation of KRK’s fifth-generation V-Series into a compact nearfield design built for professional studios, immersive systems, and space-conscious production environments.
With custom-designed transducers, premium conversion and amplification, extensive onboard room-tuning tools, and wireless control through the KRK Control app, the V4S5 gives engineers and producers a remarkably flexible monitoring solution without taking over the studio. Built around a custom 4-inch woven Kevlar woofer and 1-inch silk-dome tweeter, the KRK V4S5 Studio Monitor is engineered to reproduce mixes with clarity, controlled low-frequency response, and smooth high-frequency extension. The woofer incorporates an optimized suspension system, aluminum shorting ring, and bucking magnet to improve linearity and minimize distortion, while the tweeter uses a carefully developed waveguide, copper cap, and internal acoustic damping to support controlled off-axis response and accurate transient reproduction. Inside, the V4S5 combines ESS conversion, Analog Devices DSP processing, and Pascal Class D amplification to deliver clean, truthful playback. Its front-ported bass-reflex enclosure makes placement easier in smaller rooms, while 49 boundary EQ combinations, seven fully parametric Pro EQ filters, and three savable user presets provide detailed control over how the monitor interacts with the listening environment. KRK Mesh technology also allows individual monitors or complete stereo and immersive systems to be configured and controlled wirelessly from the KRK Control app.
