Audix D2 Trio Microphone Pack
The Audix D2 Trio Microphone Pack is a special mega-discounted bundle, perfect for anyone who has their kick and snare mics already, but has been missing great sounding mics for their drum toms, congas, bass or guitar cabinets, and even does a solid and great job on Saxophone, Brass, and Horns.
The Audix D2 Trio Microphone Pack is everything you need for miking your toms, all in one convenient package. What We Think
"The Audix D2 Trio is a dream come true for someone who already owns an i5 (or two, or three) and a D6, but was shy to jump in on a whole Audix DP5, DP7, or DP8 drum kit. My experience with the D2 is that it truly gives me a very usable sound right off the bat, requiring little to no equalization. The rejection is fantastic. And there really is something special about Audix's continued use of Alnico as the magnet material in their VLM (Very Low Mass) capsule technology. Like the prized pickups in vintage guitars, Alnico simply sounds more musical to my ears; less hard and hyped than Neodymium usually translates. But despite all of my audio-nerd-speak, all you need to know is that the D2 Trio is an investment that will pay for itself immediately and you'll have a set of microphones (and some very good drum clips in the DVICE!) for life."

"Can you hear me, Major Tom?"
Audix mics are of the highest quality and these are no exception.
A great addition to anyone's drum mic arsenal, especially with the goose-neck rim clamps... no horrible "sproing-y" rubber ones here!
Good value, too.
Thanks FEA!
