This mic is serious!
Jun 27th 2023I like the majority have not the pleasure of using a C12, but if this is a representation WOW! Only used it on male vocals but it was impressive. The vocal sat intently in the track. Nice air, no harshness. Buttery midrange and tight low mids. The ending vocal was true with a nice enhancement from the tube. It's highly recommended for female vocals and I look forward to that session coming soon. Can't recommend enough. And it sits next to a couple of heavy hitters in my locker, Telefunken TF-29 & Roswell Colares. It's already earned its spot. Quality mic with incredible sound!

Cut through the mic
Mar 7th 2023Recording with this CX12 has literally brought my vocals to life. I’m doing less takes and my vocals cuts through the mix like butter with no EQ necessary.
