There might not be much to say about the simple blank panel itself: it is well-made, fits into the Neve chassis perfectly, and looks great. But I'll take the opportunity to say how sturdy and well-made the Neve 500-series chassis is, how much more convenient it is (for swapping rack mount vs. free standing lunchbox) than competing models, and how promptly FrontEndAudio got the piece to me.
