The FLEA Microphones 12 Tube Microphone is an exact replica of classic AKG C12, which also features a modern style power supply with integrated polar pattern switch.

The FLEA Microphones 12 Tube Microphone is equipped with the FLEA CK12 capsule - a great choice if you are considering the clones of original CK12. The FLEA Microphones 12 Tube Microphone is equipped with 6072 tube, and their replica of the original T14/1 transformer. The FLEA Microphones 12 Tube Microphone is simply the "Rolls-Royce" of microphones. The neutral yet brilliant and shimmer top end, lets it stand out in the mix. It is a fantastic mic for vocals and acoustic instruments, as well as ambient miking.

CK12 Capsule - A precise replica of the renowned CK12 capsule.
The creation of the CK12 Capsule has been a long-term project of FLEA microphones which began 15 years ago. The idea was to develop their own version of the CK12 which was originated in 2009. During the course of development, the discovered an exceptional capsule from another manufacturer, the CT12. Impressed by its sound and performance, they temporarily shifted focus, setting aside the CK12 project in favor of using the CT12 for several years. It proved to be an excellent product, and they were pleased with the results. However, their dedication to completing their own CK12 capsule never waned. After years of meticulous work, FLEA Microphones is proud to announce that the CK12 is now finished. This capsule is an exact clone of the original CK12, faithfully recreating its remarkable sound quality. By keeping production under one roof, they can fine-tune each capsule to perfectly match the specific requirements of each microphone, ensuring optimal performance. The FLEA CK12 is a true reproduction of the original, engineered with exacting attention to detail and manufactured using the latest precision machinery. Every capsule is hand-assembled and tuned to ensure the highest level of performance and sonic accuracy.
