Combining passive EQ, stereo bus compression, saturation, clipping, stereo width control, flexible insert points, and dedicated input and output stages, the ngOmniBox gives engineers the tools to shape, glue, enhance, and finalize a mix without assembling a rack full of individual processors. Better still, full digital control and DAW plug-in integration bring session recall, automation, and A/B/C comparison to a true analog signal path, giving you the character of analog hardware with the speed and convenience modern production demands. At the heart of the ngOmniBox is a flexible stereo processing architecture designed for mixing and mastering applications. Each processing section can be activated or bypassed independently, allowing you to build the chain around what the music actually needs. Its passive EQ provides broad, musical tonal shaping, while the stereo bus compressor handles dynamics control, mix-bus glue, and final shaping. The order of these two sections can be instantly reversed, letting you move between EQ-to-compressor and compressor-to-EQ workflows without repatching your studio. Dedicated analog saturation and clipping sections provide additional control over harmonic density, transient behavior, peak levels, and perceived loudness, while the width processor allows precise adjustment of the stereo image. Fully controllable input and output stages handle final gain staging, and dedicated insert points make it easy to incorporate additional analog hardware. The output insert can even operate in stereo or Mid/Side mode for more specialized mastering chains.
