The Synergy Bogner Uberschall Preamp Module is a high-gain, all-tube preamp module that recreates the sound of the legendary Bogner Uberschall amplifier.

The Synergy Bogner Uberschall Preamp Module is designed to be used with Synergy's modular hardware systems.. It features two channels—the Blue Channel (Twin Jet) and the Red Channel (Super High Gain)—each with independent gain, volume, a 3-band EQ, and a pre-gain switch, plus a cut switch on the Blue channel and a boost switch on the Red channel for added tone-shaping versatility. Designed with input from Reinhold Bogner himself, this module offers authentic, aggressive high-gain tones ideal for modern metal, hard rock, and drop-tuned guitars, integrating into the Synergy system for studio and live use.  

CATHODE SELECT SWITCH
The Bogner Uberschall Preamp Module features a three-position switch on the PCB which allows you to configure the input tube bass response to match the original circuit of the selected module.

DUAL<>SINGLE SLIDE SWITCH
The Bogner Uberschall Preamp Module features a secondary switch allowing the new Synergy modules to be used in older single channel Egnater and Randall modular amps/preamps that do not accept the dual channel modules. This allows access to either of the module channels when that slot is turned on.

Synergy Bogner Uberschall Preamp Module Features

  • All-Tube Design: Utilizes two 12AX7 preamp tubes to deliver rich harmonic content and authentic tube tone. 
    Tone Shaping: Each channel has a 3-band EQ, pre-EQ switches, and the Blue channel's cut/Red channel's boost switches for precise tone control. 
  • Blue Channel (Twin Jet): Offers a thick, modded Marshall-like tone with significant gain and a cut switch for adjusting gain. 
  • Red Channel (Super High Gain): Provides extreme distortion, aggression, and a tight, articulate sound, with a boost switch for added power amp breakup simulation. 
  • Synergy System Compatibility: Designed to fit into Synergy's modular preamp system, allowing easy integration and interchangeability with other modules and power amps. 
  • Cathode Select Switch: Allows for adjusting the input tube bias to match the original amplifier's feel and tightness, with three available settings.
