The Synergy BMAN Preamp Module is an all-tube, two-channel preamp designed to replicate the sound of a classic Fender Bassman amplifier, providing warm, thick tones with rich harmonics.

The Synergy BMAN Preamp Module is designed to be used with Synergy's modular hardware systems.  It features individual Gain, Volume, and 3-band EQ controls for each channel, along with Bright and Tight switches to shape the tone. The module is built for Synergy's modular amp system but also includes a Dual/Single switch for compatibility with older single-channel Egnater and Randall amps. 

CATHODE SELECT SWITCH
The BMAN module features a three position switch on the PCB which allows you to configure the input tube bass response to match the original circuit of the selected module. This will affect the feel and tightness.

DUAL<>SINGLE SLIDE SWITCH
The BMAN module features a secondary switch allowing the new Synergy modules to be used in older single channel  Egnater and Randall modular amps/preamps that do not accept the dual channel modules. This allows access to either of the module channels when that slot is turned on.

  • Basing: Recreates the tones of the iconic Fender 4x10 tweed Bassman amp. 
  • All-Tube Design: Uses two 12AX7 preamp tubes for authentic, warm, and harmonically rich sound. 
  • Two Channels: Offers two independent, all-tube channels for different sounds and styles. 
  • Per-Channel Controls: Each channel includes Gain, Volume, Bass, Middle, and Treble controls. 
  • Bright and Tight Switches: Provides three-position switches to adjust the overall brightness and low-end tightness of the tone. 
  • Cathode Select Switch: A switch for adjusting the input tube bass response to more accurately match the original Bassman circuit. 
  • Dual/Single Switch: Allows the module to be used in both Synergy's dual-channel amps and older single-channel modular amps from Egnater and Randall.
