    Great Sound!
    Hans Larson

These cans are awesome! The circum-aural design provides great isolation, full bass sound, and fantastic detail across the full range of frequencies. Great for tracking/monitoring in loud environments, or just listening to your favorite cd while flying.

What We Think

avatar

The Sennheiser HD280 Pro headphones have been a steady, reliable part of our studio workflow for years. While using them regularly for tracking and editing, we have come to appreciate just how comfortable and dependable they are during long sessions. They sit well on the head, isolate effectively, and make it easy to stay focused when recording instruments or working through detailed edits.= Sonically, the HD280 Pros really come into their own after a proper break-in period. As we spent more time with them, we noticed the low end open up nicely, creating a more balanced image, while the top end settled into a smooth, clear presentation that’s easy on the ears. Ear fatigue has never been much of an issue for us, even during extended tracking sessions with guitars, keyboards, and bass. When you factor in their performance, comfort, and very reasonable price point, the HD280 Pros continue to stand out as a practical, hard-working pair of closed-back headphones that simply get the job done.
