The Pauly Ton P120 XX T-35 Superscreen is a high-end, handmade pop filter designed to eliminate vocal plosives (P-pops) and other air-flow noises from recordings without affecting the sound quality of the microphone. Replaceable Screen
The replaceable screen on the Pauly Ton P120 XX T-35 Superscreen is a circular fabric filter stretched over its own ring that "snaps-in" to the main outer ring. The replaceable screen can be quickly detached from the main outer ring and replaced, replacement rings sold separately. This design allows for quick and hygienic filter changes, which is a key feature.
Mounting
With the Pauly Ton Goldfinger Superscreen, the base of the 120mm Gooseneck has a teardrop shaped flange. The hole in that flange allows you to insert the threaded end of your mic stand into the flange. You then thread on your mic clip or shockmount, and the pressure between your mount and stand keeps the Pauly Ton firmly in place.
