The Drawmer MXPRO30 Compressor combines three essential dynamics tools in a versatile two-channel, 1U processor. Each channel features Drawmer's "Programme Adaptive" gate, which automatically adjusts its timing characteristics to provide clean, natural gating while preserving the attack and character of the source. Fast and Slow operating modes help tailor the response for different material, while the soft knee compressor provides smooth and musical level control with variable threshold and ratio settings. Automatic attack and release simplify operation while allowing the compressor to respond naturally to changing program material. A variable threshold, zero overshoot peak limiter provides additional control over sudden peaks and helps prevent unwanted overloads. The MX30-Pro also offers up to ±20dB of output gain adjustment, stereo linking for processing stereo sources, and clear bargraph metering for monitoring levels and gain reduction. Balanced XLR and unbalanced 1/4-inch connections provide flexible integration with professional and project studio equipment, while the rugged construction makes the MX30-Pro equally suited to studio installations and live sound systems.
