The Bettermaker PEQ_core Equalizer brings Bettermaker’s acclaimed passive EQ sound into a streamlined 1U analog mastering processor built for modern DAW-based studios. With a 100% analog audio path, stereo or dual mono operation, and full plugin-based recall, the PEQ_core gives you the tone and musicality of high-end analog equalization without slowing down your workflow.

Designed for producers, mix engineers, and mastering engineers who want premium analog EQ with fast, repeatable control, the PEQ_core removes the traditional front-panel knobs and places every available parameter inside a dedicated plugin. This makes it easy to automate settings, save snapshots, recall sessions instantly, and make precise adjustments directly from your DAW while still running audio through real analog circuitry. The PEQ_core features Bettermaker’s classic passive low and high EQ sections, including extended high-frequency “Air” bands at 20 kHz and 28 kHz for adding openness, sheen, and polish to mixes and masters. Its compact 1U rackmount design is ideal for multi-bus setups, hybrid studios, and high-density racks where space matters just as much as sound.
