Avid, has made me a believer!!!!
I was never a fan of Pro Tools. But boy has that changed! Using Pro Tools 10 has shown me the light. It runs smoothly and flawless. It works great with my Rosetta 200. If you don't have it, get the industry standard, now!!!!!!!

PT9 silenced the haters....not too fast
1st the good. mp3 export, more track count, ADC, OMF support, and the ability to use any interface your heart desires.
After using it for awhile I 1st must say whats up with the dae errors stating to remove plugins....when I don't have any on! Also PT9 doesn't like to be clocked to my Lynx when opening a session sometimes. And most annoying when I bring in a session from another studio, their i/o shows in my session. Though its inactive its still taking up space when I go to select i/o for a track and my i/o setup is listed at the bottom.
The new features still doesnt bring it up to speed with other DAW's. Still no track freezing, offline bouncing, and the VI's vs Logic is a joke. Oh yeh, how about letting us join 2 mono tracks to a stereo track, nope! still no can do.
For PT users this is a no brainer upgrade, and if not this is still a very good DAW. I'm glad Digi, excuse me....Avid has finally made PT competitive with features other DAW's have had for years.
