Front End Audio acquires previously owned gear through our Buy-Back program. You can purchase used gear at a great price but there are no manufacturer warranties with these items. These items have been inspected and/or tested by our staff to make sure each one is in working condition and comes with our commitment to service. This Apogee Duet 2 has been used buy functions perfectly.

This Apogee Duet 2 was modified by Black Lion Audio. Per the BLA website the modification includes the following:

  • New, high performance op-amps on analog inputs and outputs (mic preamps, line inputs, headphone output, and line outputs)
  • New, high-grade signal path capacitors on analog inputs and outputs (mic preamps, line inputs, headphone output, and line outputs)
  • Improving the performance of the analog stage circuits makes a drastic difference for tracking, mixing, and mastering (expect amazing micro-dynamics and space)
