This Tierra Audio Black Bamboo looks great and functions perfectly. The connector is a little tight and will not "lock-in" with every type of XLR connector, so we are also including a cable that works with the microphone.
The Tierra Audio Black Bamboo Active Ribbon Microphone provides a high gain sound that is rich, thick, and bodied. This provides the advantage of a classic warm ribbon sound with a slight de-essing effect, with a hotter output, similar to a condenser mic. The Tierra Audio Black Bamboo Active Ribbon Microphone features a new multi-directional (anti-pop) windbreak system with several strategically distributed layers, much more efficient and stable than those currently available on the market. They also feature a continuous mass electronics system that minimizes the noise floor and eliminates intermediate mechanical elements. In addition, given the importance of magnets in this type of product, we have specially manufactured for this new range N52 grade neodymium magnets (the most powerful magnets on the planet) with exclusive dimensions and coated with a thin epoxy film that gives them extreme durability against humidity and sudden temperature changes such as those produced in live performances or vocal interpretations.
