We can ship to nearly any address in the world, with some restrictions listed below. Shipping costs depend on the shipping options you select, the size and weight of the items in your cart, and where the order is going. To estimate your shipping costs, simply place items into your cart and fill out the address information area. From here, you can select from the different shipping options available to you and see your real-time shipping rates.
DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS
Processing and Shipping: Orders inside the US lower 48 are shipped and insured via FedEx unless otherwise specified during check out. Tracking information will be provided via email and posted to your online account once your order has been shipped. Orders placed before 3PM EST will typically be shipped the same day unless otherwise noted on the product page. All orders placed after 3PM EST will be shipped the following business day unless otherwise noted on the product page. Domestic orders will be shipped signature required and cannot be left in an unsecured location unless you specify otherwise during checkout. If you ask us not to request a signature and/or to leave your package in an unsecured location (at door, by garage, side of the house, etc.) then you accept full responsibility for loss and/or damage.
Free Shipping: Free shipping is offered on most orders over $99 and valid on deliveries made within the lower 48 states. This offer does not apply to APO/FPO and international addresses. Oversized and Heavy items such as Speakers, Studio Furniture, Acoustic Treatment, Power Amplifiers, Racks & Cases, and Large Format Mixers are typically not eligible for free shipping.
Redirects and Hold Locations: Due to the overwhelming amount of shipping fraud, we do not offer shipment redirects once an order has been shipped. Please ensure the address provided during checkout is where you want your order delivered, we cannot make changes once it has left our warehouse. If you need a package shipped to an authorized “hold” location, you must let us know prior to the shipping of your order so we can arrange this service for you.
Missing and Damaged Packages: When your order ships you will be emailed with carrier tracking so you can monitor the delivery of your order. If your package goes missing, you have 3 days from the carrier estimated delivery date to notify us. Once you receive your package, you should open and inspect your products immediately. If your package sustains shipping damage, you have 2 days from the carrier delivery date to notify us. Failure to notify us in either instance will result in the denial of replacement, refund and/or credit.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
International Processing and Shipping: Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Delivery times will vary based on your location, so if you have a deadline then please contact us before placing the order so we can meet your expectations.
International Duties, Taxes, and Tariffs: Your government may impose and collect duties, taxes and tariffs on items you receive from the US. You are responsible for payment of these fees. Since these amounts will vary from country to country, we advise you to contact your local customs office to determine your rates. Duties, Taxes, and Tariffs are not refundable.
International Returns and Exchanges: Front End Audio is a US based company. If you need to return or exchange a product, you are responsible for shipping, duties, taxes and tariffs both to and from Front End Audio regardless of the reason. If you are due a refund, Front End Audio is not responsible for changes in the international conversion rate since the time your order was placed.
International Warranties: Front End Audio is a US based company. All products we sell are supported with US warranties facilitated through Front End Audio. If you require warranty service, you are responsible for shipping, duties, taxes and tariffs both to and from Front End Audio regardless of the reason.
International Power Configurations: Front End Audio is a US based company. All powered units are shipped with US power configurations unless otherwise specified in the listing. If you need an alternative power configuration, you MUST let us know prior to placing your order. Do not assume that we know your power requirements. Front End Audio is not responsible for damage caused to improperly powered products.

Our return policy is simple, with some restrictions listed below. If you don't like your item for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will be happy to issue you a return authorization number. However, please understand your responsibilities:
Return Authorization: All returns must be authorized in advance so just email or give us a call to setup your return authorization. Your return must be shipped within 7 days of the Return Authorization issue date. You are responsible for returning your item/s safely, securely, and fully insured to cover any loss or damage - we want you to be covered. We also highly recommend using a trackable shipping method, such as FedEx or UPS. Your return must come back to us in factory fresh condition and in the original unmarked packaging with all manuals, warranty cards, and gadgetry. It is your responsibility to carefully open and maintain the product ensuring it is "just like new" while in your possession. If the unit is returned and tested to be in a lesser condition than it arrived to you, a restocking fee of minimally 20% will be imposed, or the item refused and returned to you. Once we receive your return please allow up to 5 business days for inspection and processing. If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund. Refunds are issued back to the original source of the purchase. This Return Policy does not apply to items listed in the "No Returns List" below so please check your systems requirements and compatibility prior to purchase.
Excessive and Repeat Returns: Front End Audio reserves the right to impose a minimum 10% restocking fee on accounts that have excessive and repeat returns. We always want to provide great service for our customers, but we are not in the gear rental business. If you have any questions on gear, we are more than happy to talk with you to find you the right gear before you make your purchase.
No Returns List: Please be aware before placing your order that there are some items that cannot be returned. Ineligible items include:

- Clearance Items - Discontinued, used, open box, b-stock, memo and/or refurbished items.
- Software - Make sure that your computer system meets and/or exceeds the required specification to install, run and operate the software.
- Oversized & Heavy Items
- Furniture - Furniture that requires to be built or assembled. Including all studio desks and racks.
- Stands - Stands that requires to be built or assembled.
- Headphones, Windsreens and Popfilters - due to the inherent ick-factor
- Acoustic Treatment
- Modified Items
