The Heritage Audio 73DI One Active Direct Box is a premium active DI that adds the classic 73 warmth and character to guitars, basses, synths, and more. Phantom-powered and built tough, it delivers rich tone, low noise, and rock-solid reliability in any studio or stage setup.

The Heritage Audio 73 DI ONE is a single-channel active direct box (DI) built with the same 73-style Class A topology that Heritage deeply reveres. It features a discrete JFET input stage and a custom 73-DI output transformer, delivering a rich, dynamic direct sound that emphasizes harmonic complexity while maintaining signal integrity. Housed in a rugged extruded aluminum and steel case with recessed connectors, it is built for both studio and live use. It’s optimized for use with passive instruments like guitars and basses, but thanks to its high input headroom, it is also well suited for keyboards, synths, drum machines, and samplers. It aims to combine the “vintage warmth and vibe” of the 73 sound with the convenience and noise/immunity advantages of a professional direct box topology. The 73DI One is the single channel version of the Heritage Audio 73DI 2.
