While working on a very high profile project, I found I needed a phantom power unit to solve a microphone problem. I found a particular model on the FEA website and placed my order for overnight shipping. I was called a few hours later to be told the unit was not in stock. Having an indication of the stock levels would be helpful on your website guys. The salesman told me they had a similar unit in stock and he went ahead and changed my order accordingly. Unfortunately, I was not able to get the unit until a few days later since my order was placed after their overnight shipping time. I will say that the unit arrived when they said and was the perfect solution to my problem. Luckily I was able to get it installed before the customer arrived.The service at this company is exxcellent and the products are very good. I would buy from them again but I would do the transaction on the phone to be sure of availability since the website might be a bit misleading.
