This is the only pop filter I've used up to this point in time, that does what it says it should. Redirecting an air blast down & away from a mic capsule is so simple & logical, you wonder how music stores still sell those cheap screen filters. Easy to wash, virtually unbreakable & can't "wear out" over a long time period. It looks pricey at first, but our expensive mics have to be lasting so much longer when they aren't being directly subjected to pops & breath humidity. Worth every cent !!

This does everything I need it to do. Doesn't impact the sound, easy to clean, gooseneck allows it to be placed easily and securely. I have no need for any other popfilter.

I've used several different kinds of filters over the years, but I expect this one to be the last one I ever have to buy. Very sturdy and very effective, this filter attaches easily and does the job very well. Also, because it's entirely metal, it's cleanable, unlike material filters.
A little bit pricier than the average filter, but I feel like what I'm paying for is never having to buy another one. Filters I've bought in the past had to be replaced either due to the attachment apparatus eventually breaking or the adjustable arm giving out. With this one, I'm done.
Also, Front End Audio has the best price I could find anywhere for this filter. Pretty cool. Great service, too.

We record audio dramas with a room full of actors. Plosives have been a common problem for us in the past, leading to hours of post-production editing to fix them.
We bought four of these pop filters for our most recent sessions, and had no plosives at all in the recorded material - this will save me a huge amount of time, making these pop filters well worth the cost.
The metal construction not only directs airflow down, away from the mic element, it's very sturdy, and washable.
These are now a permanent feature in my studio!

Forget the nylon mesh and go with a real metal filter that doesn't dull your high end and ruin your sound. This is the only pop filter to use.
