Elegant Hardware Design and Workflow

    Good experience through a tough situation

    I originally ordered the DUO from FEA after being told from two other stores that duo was back ordered. FEA told me they were able to get them, and it would ship within the week. I ordered with the Tbolt installed, only to learn two days after the expected shipping date that the duo was also backordered there as well. It was a back and forth with FEA, UA, and myself. Frustrated from losing session work, I just asked to upgrade to the QUAD. Ryan was able to give me a good price for the upgrade, paid a little more than I would for the DUO, but I needed to work. I then found out that the QUAD was also backordered!! So frustrated. Eventually, it came in, I got the interface after about a month of back and forth. Ryan was great through the entire process, I know he was frustrated, but I appreciated his help along the way. I lost a few dollars along the way with the sessions I lost, but hopefully I can gain some new clients to make up for it. Thank You!

    I have been using the UA Apollo Quad with PT 10 and Logic Pro for a couple weeks. It has been a seamless transition from my Digi 003. The software setup was easy and the pre-amps are a huge step up from the Digi. I owned the UA cards and wasn't able to tap into their compared to the Quad. Well worth the change!
