The Latch Lake's Xtra Boom Microphone Stand Boom Arm attaches to to your micKing and is useful to reduce stand footprints when placing microphones on drums, doing vocal mic shootouts, guitar / vocal setups and when setting up stereo / surround microphone arrays.

The Latch Lake Xtra Boom Microphone Stand Boom Arm is a great addition to your Latch Lake micKing 2200 or micKing 3300 stands. It allows you to hang multiple microphones from one stand featuring a single lever lock system adjusting the extension, orientation and spin of the boom. Then locks it firmly in place. It will attach to any stand ranging from 5/8" to 1 3/16".

This becomes incredibly useful to reduce stand footprints when placing microphones on drums, doing vocal mic shootouts, guitar / vocal setups and when setting up stereo / surround microphone arrays.

You can actually mic an entire drum kit using just two micKing stands with several Xtra Booms, plus, they can be used on other stands as well (5-8" to 1-1/8" diameters). Each Latch Lake Xtra Boom comes complete with an Xtra Boom clutch, which is strong enough to hold 7 lbs. at close to full extension. The included Latch Lake Lever adjusts the boom arm 360 degrees for optimum mic placement. Say goodbye to multiple clunky mic stands surrounding your drum kits or other instruments in the studio, thanks to the Latch Lake Xtra Boom!
