Wrong item. May 31, 2018
Reviewer: Bret Killoran from Toronto, ON Canada
This wasn’t originally a fault of Front End Audio. On Genelecs website it says the bag I bought will fit the monitors I own. This was not true. However, after paying for shipping and duties to Canada there is no solution to return the bag and get a new item without me incurring additional costs to return the bag and then pay shipping and duties for a new item. I would hope that Front End Audio could stick up for me with their Genelec reps and find ways to make Genelec pay these costs since they published incorrect specs on their site. I’m just left here with a reply that is something similar to “well there’s nothing we can do”. The service up to that point was great but now I have a useless Genelec bag sitting at my place that I can’t even return without taking a financial loss.
