The sE Electronics Z5600a II is one of the most versatile mics on today�s market. With 9 graded steps through omni, cardioid and figure of eight patterns, 10dB pad and bass cut, the Z5600a II finds uses in a huge number of applications, from mic-ing a live drum kit, to overhead on a choir. Above all though, this excellent mic has won its praise on delivering superb vocal recordings, with natural warmth and incredible detail.

This beautiful mic, comes in a wooden presentation case, cradled in a full aluminium flight case with a large shock-mount and a brand new brushed Aluminium PSU with pattern switching and cables.

"The Z5600A is an incredible performer period. It's one of those point it at anything and it'll give you what you need almost every time. Great for vocals, very smooth and open with a presence that is superb. It's even a good looking mic! You can't just boil this mic down to "bang for the buck" yada yada yada because at any price this mic is a true gem."

Every thing an LDC should do this does extremely well. For me, a female vocal is often a difficult track. I just finished a project with a very picky bitc-er-lady and she was happy with the Z5600a's sound @tracking and the mix stage.This is my fourth project with this lovely Diva. and she has never been easy(to record). This mic with my Phoenix drs2 IS world class audio! No apologies, no excuses. It is the RIGHT tool!!! Thank you Warren and Shane.
