Good Sound Advice |

I was looking for entry-level monitors that wouldn't break the bank and Warren recommended the HS80M. These monitors are almost mid-field but work very well for near-field, at least for my room. HUGE sound, BIG sweet spot. These are on par with hi-fi, IMO. Pure, clean sound on the highs with no distortion, and the bottom is nice. There seems to be a little falling out in the low mids but not much, get the matching HS10W and it's all good. If you're looking for monitors below $1000, this is it.
