The Oktava HyperCardioid Capsule is a single HyperCardioid Capsule designed to be used with the Oktava MK-012 microphone.

The Oktava HyperCardioid Capsule offers a HyperCardioid polar pattern which is similar to the Cardiod pattern but even more directional as they have less sensitivity at the sides.

    I didn't get one of these with my first MK-012, but have since found this very useful in the studio when more definition was required. I use this more than I expected I would. Definitely worth having.
