When you notice your garden hose isn’t giving you all you can get, and you find a kink in it…you release the kink and the flow is full blast. That is what it’s like putting a 1000 series cable over many other cables. They ain’t cheap, but they’re well built and do sound superior. At the very least, pick up 2 of them for remote work and stereo work in the studio. After all, once you’re done tracking drums you’re typically down to recording one or two tracks at a time.
