The Millennia NSEQ-2 Parametric Equalizer is a truly unique stereo parametric equalizer with unprecedented sonic purity & integrity, featuring two possible paths to equalization perfection with Millennia famous Twin Topology.

Select between an all-triode 300 Volt vacuum tube signal path or an all-discrete J-FET solid state signal path. Both topologies are entirely transformerless, high voltage, pure Class A. And true to Millennia's form, the NSEQ-2 is a minimalist design: only one active stage in the audio path. Choose the NSEQ-2 when you need lots of pure but very musical equalization, but also need lots of flexibility when you have to get it right, now!

A Note About the NSEQ-2's Twin Topology
Push button switch which selects the corresponding channel as a complete vacuum tube EQ or a complete solid state EQ. Not a gimmick, Twin Topology is designed around two world class, musically optimized, all Class-A amplifiers - one amplifier is based on twin triode vacuum tubes, while the other is based upon all discrete J-FET servo amplifiers. Like having two distinctly different equalizers in one chassis. When switch is depressed and LED is illuminated, the channel is operating as a discrete solid state EQ. When the switch is not depressed, the channel is operating as a high voltage vacuum tube EQ. Because of the NSEQ-2's unique shunt design, individual EQ bands will have no detectable sonic signature when they are in circuit as long as the boost/cut controls are set to zero.

    That high end...
    Adam Straney

I have quite a few mastering grade eqs. Nothing touches this in its specialties. Think the master is done? Put this on at the end, and give it a slight bump at 21k for some extra shine. Or a slight bump at 20hz for that lowend. It is also great for subtractive eq with a Q of 4.0 to cut out resonances. Never letting this one go.
