I really like these. They have an interesting sound just like most Meek gear. They obviously don't really compare to many high end mics in overall fidelity, but I really like their "faults". They have a very cool sort of "lo-fi" ish sound, -without all the tape hiss. Definitely useable if your looking for vibe. I didn't at all like the bass response while I was tracking, but after listening to playback, I really liked what was captured. The build on these is a little flimsy, and the access screws are microscopic if they ever do break, but for this price, we're not really looking for perfection are we?
