What We Think
"Well, I own a Vox AC30 and I really can't decide whether I am happy or sad to report that Eleven makes my amp sound like a copy of itself. Eleven doesn't offer as many features as other guitar amp emulation packages that throw pedals and rack effects into the mix. However, what Digidesign's AIR team accomplished was a very well executed collection of amps that sound and react like they are supposed to. I love the thrill and variety of options of mic'ing a real amplifier - especially when it comes down to the resulting sounds I can get. But Eleven is affording me the option to be lazy in that area and still get great sounds."
