Audix HT5BG-P Details The HT5 is an extremely lightweight, high-quality, headset microphone. It is available in black and beige (version bg) and features a rugged and low-profile design. Equipped with an omni-directional pickup pattern, it provides an excellent sound reproduction at very compact external dimensions. Its versatility allows it to be used for a wide range of applications including theatre, presentations, broadcast and musical presentations.
The HT5 features a flexible steel frame which adjusts to accommodate individual head sizes, the front part can also be individually positioned with the help of the provided gooseneck element. A small, detachable O-ring helps to keep perspiration away from the capsule. In addition to vocal applications, the HT5 is also ideally suited for miking concert flutes and violins. The standard model features a TA3F connector (Mini XLR) for bodypack transmitters/ wireless applications such as the Audix bodypack transmitter B360 from the RAD360 series. Alternatively it is also available as the HT5-4PIN model featuring a TA4F connector for alternative transmission paths as well as the HT5-P version featuring TA3F connector and adapter for phantom powering (9-52 V) to standard XLR connector (Item Audix APS910) for wired applications.
