Payments:  Front End Audio is a “Fraud Smart” company and all orders go through numerous security and anti-fraud checks. This all is done in order to protect your accounts from fraud as well as to protect ourselves from fraudulent orders. We reserve the right to not process your order until we have verified your information or until we receive your payment by some other verifiable method.

• Payment Methods:  Front End Audio wants to ensure that we offer buyers an array of safe, appropriate, and convenient payment choices. During checkout you can choose any of the payment methods below.

• Credit Card:  We will only ship to your verifiable credit card's billing address or an authorized address on file with your credit card company (you can add addresses to your credit card account by contacting the card issuing company). We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover accepted. Orders processed quickly, unless there is a problem with the card.

• Paypal:  If you choose to use a Paypal account for making payment your account MUST be a VERIFIED Paypal member and your shipping-to address MUST be CONFIRMED. All Paypal payments that do not adhere to this policy will be immediately canceled. Orders processed quickly, as soon as you send us the Paypal payment.

• Checks:  Payments made by personal check must clear the bank before your order will be shipped. Once cleared, the order can be shipped anywhere you want. Usually takes between 3-5 days for a check to clear.

• Wire Transfer:  Payments made by Wire Transfer must clear the bank before your order will be shipped. Once cleared, the order can be shipped anywhere you want. Wire Transfers are only eligible for store credit if money is due back for any reason. Usually takes between 2-3 days for a transfer to clear.

• Money Orders:  Payments made by Money Order must clear the bank before your order will be shipped. Once cleared, the order can be shipped anywhere you want. Usually takes between 2-3 days for a money order to clear.

• Google Checkout:  Front End Audio loves Google Checkout because it is free to take your payment! But that just doesn’t seem fair so we are passing the saving to you. • Front End AudioCredit Card:  With the Front End Audio credit card you have access to the spending power you want to make the purchases you need today. The Front End Audio credit card can be used for everything we carry, from microphones to complete recording systems and accessories. 90 days same as cash for purchases over $249 and 180 days same as cash for purchases over $999. • International Customers Disclaimer:  We check the authenticity of all international orders. We will only ship to your credit cards billing address, no exceptions. Please make sure that your billing and shipping addresses match and your billing address is verifiable with your credit card company.  All order that do not adhere to this policy will be immediately canceled and the issuing bank notified.

• Currency Conversion Rate:  International customers who are due a refund for any reason will refunded in the same method as your payment was received, except for wire transfers. Front End Audio is not responsible for changes in the international conversion rate from the time you placed your order till the time you received your refund.
